We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our 2025 Cross the Divide calendars! This year, we’ve collaborated with talented artist and proud Cross the Divide beneficiary, Musa D, to bring you four stunning calendar designs that celebrate creativity, community, and hope.
About the Artist
South African artist, Musa’D was born in the 1980s in Mbombela, Mpumalanga province. He is a dedicated father to two daughters, Mbali and Nocolo, who have been the driving force behind his passion for art.
His art is inspired by the formation of the new democratic government in South Africa and reflects the evolution of South Africa and its people. It expresses his love for his culture and the beauty of African landscapes, and tells stories of the people, places, and experiences that have shaped his life. He hopes to inspire others to explore their creativity through his work.
Musa’D is a versatile multi-media artist who works with pencil and pen creating fine art, as well as satirical cartoons and comics. His work is a unique blend of realism and abstraction, capturing the essence of his subjects with unique observations and vivid detail.
By purchasing a calendar, you’re not just keeping your schedule in check—you’re directly supporting the continued growth and success of Musa’D and other beneficiaries like him within our Cross the Divide family.
